Terms
Last updated · 24 September 2026These terms apply when you place an order with Little Love Notes, whether for a stitched keepsake or for the ebook. They are written to be plain and short. By placing an order, you accept them.
About the seller
Little Love Notes is a sole proprietorship operated by Luiza Galdi, based in Switzerland. Full contact details are on the Impressum page.
What I make
A made-to-order textile keepsake: a handwritten note (yours or someone else's that you supply) stitched onto a 5 × 7 inch (approx. 13 × 18 cm) natural cotton canvas in red thread. The canvas is delivered unframed.
Each piece is stitched to order. I aim to get as close to your handwriting as possible, but stitching onto canvas is not a print or an exact copy. Small deviations from the original are a natural part of the process and are not considered a fault.
How an order works
- You pick your region and pay through the Stripe checkout link on the website.
- You send me a clear photo or scan of the note via Instagram DM or email.
- I confirm whether the handwriting will work.
- I make the keepsake. Production timing depends on current order volume; the order page indicates which month I'm currently booking. If you need a specific date, please send a DM before ordering.
- The keepsake ships to the address you provided at checkout.
Your note
By sending me a note, you confirm that you may have it stitched: it is yours, or it was written for you, or the person it belongs to is happy for you to use it. If the writer is a child, that yes comes from a parent or guardian.
I use your photo for one thing only: making your keepsake. Tracing, digitising, stitching, done. What happens to the photo afterwards is described on the Privacy page.
I love showing finished pieces on Instagram, but your note is yours. At checkout you're asked whether I may share your piece and your note; I only share them if you say yes, and saying no changes nothing about your order.
Price and payment
The price is €165 per piece, plus regional shipping. Payment is processed by Stripe. I do not see or store your card details.
Shipping
Shipping is added to the order total at checkout and varies by destination. See the order page for the shipping cost in your region. I am not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
For orders shipped to the USA, import duties are prepaid by me, so there is nothing extra to pay on arrival. For orders to Europe, the UK, and the rest of the world, your country may charge import VAT or duties when the parcel arrives. These charges are set by your local customs authority, are outside my control, and are the buyer's responsibility.
Sales are final
Because each piece is custom-made from the note you supply, there is no general right to cancel or return the order once it has been placed. This does not affect your rights if the item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described.
If the photo you provide is not suitable for stitching and we cannot agree on an alternative, you'll receive a full refund.
If your piece arrives damaged or with a workmanship issue, please DM or email me with a photo as soon as you can, ideally within 14 days of delivery. I will repair, remake, or refund the piece, whichever is appropriate. Your statutory rights for faulty goods are not limited by this.
Loss or damage in transit
If your parcel is confirmed lost in transit, I will remake your piece or refund you in full. I will chase the carrier from my side, though some carriers will only deal with the recipient once the parcel is in the destination country, so I may need your help with an enquiry there. If the parcel arrives damaged, the section above applies.
The ebook (digital download)
Everything above is about the stitched keepsake. This section is about the ebook, From Handwriting to Thread, which is sold as a PDF download for €39, VAT included.
Checkout for the ebook is handled by Stripe, and the sale is made through Link, Stripe's merchant of record. That means you buy the ebook through Link: Link is the seller named on your receipt and invoice, takes care of any VAT for your country, and its own buyer terms apply at checkout. On your bank statement the charge appears as LINK.COM* LITTLELOVENO rather than as Little Love Notes. I wrote the book and I grant you the licence below. I do not see or store your card details.
Your download appears right after payment. Each download link works for 7 days and up to 10 downloads, so please save the file somewhere safe. On a phone the book often opens on screen rather than saving, so use your share button and choose Save to Files. If your link expires or runs out, write to me and I will send you a fresh one.
Every copy is personalised with the buyer's name. The ebook is for your personal use: read it, print it for yourself, and stitch from it as much as you like. Please do not share, resell, or republish the file itself.
Because you buy the ebook through Link, requests to cancel or refund the purchase are handled through Stripe under Link's refund policy. At checkout you agree that delivery starts right away; if your country gives you a 14 day right of withdrawal for digital purchases, that right ends when your download begins. In plain words: once you have downloaded the book, the purchase can't be undone for a change of mind.
None of that applies if something is wrong with the file itself. Write to me and I will replace it, and your statutory rights for faulty digital content stay intact.
Links to other shops
The kit list links to products on Amazon and elsewhere. Some of those links earn me a small commission, at no extra cost to you. Anything you buy through them is a purchase from that shop, under that shop's own terms, prices, and returns rules: I don't sell those products and can't take responsibility for them.
Limitation of liability
My liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except for liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence may also apply.
Updates
If these terms change, the date at the top will be updated. The version in force when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
